7. [+24, -2] I’m in my early forties and find kiosks nerve-racking as well. I’ll add all my items and get to the checkout and then some random menu pops up asking if I want to click add-ons. If I’m not paying attention, it’s so easy to add things I don’t want.
8. [+22, -0] I’m in my thirties and find it confusing ㅋㅋㅋ the menu items are in big enough font but when you get to the checkout, the font suddenly gets smaller. The + and – buttons are so tiny too ㅋㅋㅋ nevermind adding a coupon or store points to your order. Then you have to go through four pages after you insert your card ㅡㅡ what a waste of time
