1. [+228, -12] There are fairytales about princesses and princes in every country but our country’s fairytales were never about class or status. If Disney hopes to accurately portray the fairytales of our culture, then it’d be easier to find stories of normal Korean girls working their way through life rather than our princesses. Shimcheong was never of high status, and neither were Chunhyang or Kongjwi. Our fairytales have always been about the common people.
